Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders will be shipped out within 7-10 days from the placement of the order. Shipping is not included and thus will be extra upon checkout. Any order received on a Friday will be shipped out no later than the following Tuesday.

All items are eligible for return if item delivered is unsatisfactory to the customer. The customer has no later than 7 days of receiving item to request a return or exchange. If item delivered is to an unsatisfactory standard to the customer, the customer has the option to exchange the item for a new one or a refund.

For an exchange the seller will provide a return label to the customer. Once item is received the seller will contact customer and work with them to fix any issue that there may have been. To ensure a satisfactory exchange the seller will provide the customer with pictures of new item to ensure all issues have been resolved.

For all returns, the seller will provide a return shipping label. Once item has been received back to the seller the seller will then issue a full refund for the item ordered.
